Getting the visa

After your membership is approved and paid, Thailand Privilege issues a membership certification letter, valid 90 days. Apply in the e-Visa system for the Privilege Entry Visa with your passport, a photo, proof of current location and the letter; the visa is valid five years with multiple entries. Members can also arrange visa affixation on arrival through the company's member contact centre.

  1. Choose a membership package on thailandprivilege.co.th and apply through the company.
  2. Pay the membership fee after approval and receive the certification letter.
  3. Within 90 days, apply in the e-Visa system for the Privilege Entry Visa (PE).
  4. Travel to Thailand and present the approval; renew the visa during your membership.

On arrival and during your stay

Your permitted stay is stamped by the immigration officer on arrival. Foreigners staying in Thailand for more than 90 days must report their address to the Immigration Bureau every 90 days, except for categories with special rules such as LTR holders, who report once a year. Extensions of stay are handled by Immigration Bureau offices inside Thailand.

What it does not include

Membership gives a long stay but not the right to work, which requires a work permit. It is not permanent residence. Membership terms, transfers and fees are set by the company and change from time to time.
