Option B: invest SGD 25 million in a GIP-select fund investing in Singapore-based companies. Steps
Submit the GIP application forms to EDB and attend an interview. If the criteria are met, ICA issues an Approval-in-Principle valid six months, within which you make the investment and submit evidence with an investment undertaking. After EDB verifies it, ICA issues Final Approval, and you must formalise PR within 12 months. The whole process takes about 12 months and includes due diligence.
