Hungary visa for Pakistani citizens

For the tourist visa, Hungary’s official sources give a standard fee of €90. Processing time, as Hungary states it: Normally 15 calendar days; up to 45 days in individual cases where further checks or documents are needed. Longest stay on the tourist visa: Up to 90 days in any 180-day period across the Schengen area.

In 2024 it had been 53.2%: the rate rose by 14.0 points, a sharp increase. Applications rose by 45% compared with 2024 (1,172).

For comparison, all Schengen states together refused 45.9% of the applications lodged in Pakistan that year, from 24.2% at the consulates of Germany to 78.7% at those of Denmark. Hungary’s consulates worldwide refused 13.0%. Hungary was the 11th most applied-for Schengen state in Pakistan.
