Family reunification with a Ukrainian citizen: temporary residence and immigration permit
In short
A foreigner married to a Ukrainian citizen can obtain a temporary residence permit for family reunification, usually after entering on a D visa. Once the marriage has lasted more than two years, the spouse can apply for an immigration permit outside the quota system, which leads to a permanent residence permit. Children and parents of Ukrainian citizens are also outside the quota.
