ONECI VIP and Premium services for the resident card

In short

ONECI sells optional VIP (FCFA 15,000) and Premium (FCFA 25,000) services on top of the resident card fee, handled at dedicated agencies in Abidjan, plus home delivery of the card. ONECI does not publish how much faster these services are, so treat them as a paid comfort option rather than a guaranteed deadline.

How to pay

ONECI requires one bank slip per service: one for the resident card fee, one for any penalty and one for VIP access. Payment goes into ONECI's account at Versus Bank or BHCI, and the slips are added to the file. The optional fees do not replace or reduce the FCFA 300,000 annual card fee for non-ECOWAS nationals.

Using the service

The underlying file is the same as for any resident card: online pre-enrolment and sponsorship forms, passport, certificate of residence and category documents. Pay the card fee and the VIP or Premium fee on separate slips, then go to the relevant agency for enrolment. For delivery, pay the delivery charge on the same basis.

  1. Prepare the standard resident card file and complete the online forms.
  2. Pay the card fee and the VIP (FCFA 15,000) or Premium (FCFA 25,000) fee on separate slips at Versus Bank or BHCI.
  3. Go to the Prestige VIP agency or a Premium agency in Abidjan to enrol.
  4. Optionally pay for delivery so the card is brought to you.

What ONECI offers

ONECI's resident card page lists two optional services alongside the standard fee: a VIP service at FCFA 15,000 and a Premium service at FCFA 25,000. ONECI's services page shows VIP options for both the national ID card and resident cards. The same table offers delivery of the finished card for FCFA 7,500 within Abidjan and FCFA 15,000 elsewhere in the country.

The dedicated agencies are the Agence Prestige Service VIP at 2 Plateaux Vallons in Cocody, the Premium agency at 2 Plateaux opposite the Résidence Bertille, and the Premium agency in Zone 4, rue Hien Sie, Marcory. ONECI does not state what time saving the VIP or Premium service buys or what it includes beyond access to these agencies, so ask the call centre (1340) before paying if speed matters to you.
