Libyan Embassy & Consulates in France

Libya has its embassy in Paris, the capital; the address on record is 2 rue Charles Lamoureux, 75116 Paris. Its phone number is on its page.

Libya also has a consulate general in Marseille and a consulate in Paris; consulates handle passports, civil registration and, for many countries, visa applications for their district.

Libya requires a visa from French citizens, available online as an e-Visa. The application is made online on the official portal of Libya, not at the Libyan embassy.

In return, France has an embassy in Libya, in Tripoli.
